Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began training in combat sports. She began training in kickboxing boxing wrestling and BJJ before making her first amateur appearance at 18 in WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd later went on to beat three times consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were defeated within the first minute. She returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous decision. Aspen has already beaten Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking the fight to Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen and defeated her in an unanimous decision. This put an ominous mark on her records for amateur. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent bout with Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the the first round via TKO. Invicta Fighter Championships 16. Aspen won the following match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen used superior wrestling to beat McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd was unable to reach her weight. In spite of this, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. She finished her with a TKO after the second round. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She outclassed Lina through ground-and-pound and won the TKO round in the second. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first few seconds and was awarded a prize for her performance during the evening. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks for her first significant fight. The victory of Ladd was a unanimous decision, as well as the Fight of the Night award went to both fighters.
